Hi!
I think you guys didnot understand what i want. My question are as follows,
1, Is there any 8051 derivative (or other like PIC, AVR, ARM etc) which have enough power and ADC of enough speed that it can be used to real time capture of normal video signal from cheap camera and encrypt it with some simple encryption algortim, and transmit it in serial format. And on the other side i can use same mcu to decode and generate the video signal again.
2, I have said that this data is to send upto 10 mile, because if some one on the forum know some kind of transmitter and Receiver which can do such communication then i want to about it. (i know it is off topic but i am facing this problem also so i ask it to you guys).
3, Also i donot want to connect it with internet etc.

Also, it is for a goverment related sector, so i donot want any more comments about licence and legal stuff.
And for "Arif Deshmukh", I am not located in India. I am in Pakistan.
