They made the ARM2, ARM3, ARM6 and ARM7 starting back in the mid to late 80s. Those devices were the main processors for Archimedes and later computers by Acorn (ARM was initially part of Acorn, then a subsiduary, then the only surviving part when Acorn went bust).
I don't believe they have a Fab though.
