Which is value of the resistor? It should not be less than 6k8, I would use something about 10k.
Aah, this pFET3 stuff again. Yes you are right, Oleg. And again it would be better when working with negative logic, means that LED is switched-on when port pin goes low. This would need a pnp-transistor instead of npn, of course. Bye, Kai |
