Are the LPC parts FLASH or OTP ? The datasheet at the Phillips site says "OTP" on the webpage, and "EPROM" in the data sheet !
89LPC is ISP/IAP flash and e.g. the 932 which is 'the large one' and be had for a buck in quantities.
87LPC is OTP and can be had for half a buck in quantities.
