I want to use serial ADC with 8 bit resolution with in built analog multiplexer for 8 analog channels. Do you have any idea? Also I want to use serial DAC with 2 outputs. I am using serial devices for having isolation with main CPU board. Do you have any simple idea for achieving isolation for Analog signals from Main CPU board. In my application this is important. As the anlog signals are having high potential of 5KV with respect to earth. I tried DC to frequency & frequency to DC circuit. But linerity is not good. Also If I use 5v supply at Primary and secondary side, I don't get full scale voltage at secondary side. For example: Primary analog i/p voltage is 5v then I get only 3.5 v at secondary side with power supply of 5V. Here I can not increase secondary voltage as this supply is common to Main CPU board. Please suggest suitable solution.
