As i do the first expiriences with the AT90S8515 i have problems with my Amateur Radio.
When i transmit on 434 Mhz (only 5 Watt) the AVR do very crazy things !!!
I had bad shoos on and touched the chip on the programming pin the FLASH was erased !!! (ESD problems).
So at this moment i used the AT89C52 again.
I hoped that the future product from Atmel will be better !!!
