indeed,
1) use a PLD which provides you more pins and prepares all address` selections/bus control itself.
2) use 74245 as input buffers, and 74574 as output ones;
3) in case you have not enough pins for 2) then try 74251 as input and 74259 as output.
In both 2) and 3) you need to do some framework to maintrain selection signals correctly.
