#65115 - RE: low voltage and high voltage protection Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"will it be automatically grounded or the shock can be felt ?? can that shock be lethal ??"
Of course if what you say happens in a household where the grounding is compromised, then you will find yourself implicated in attempted murder very fast. If the premises wiring is properly done with an ELCB in the entry point then that will clear and provide the much needed safety. And if you think that this can happen because of a short in the motor windings, think again : The motor must have been grounded well and there must be an OLR + FUSE + MPCB and one of these must have cleared first. If you have none of them, then the consequence could be fatal at the very least. Raghu PS : I have the Hi/Lo cutout in ACAD 2000. I can mail it to you if you can open them. |
