Problem with pll (currently implimented)is,its o/p has harmonics causing microcontroller to produce error of 1 digit (lsd) changing continually by +/- 1.

How is that in percent of the actual frequency?
if it varies between 9999.8 and 9999.9 the problem is one, if it varies between 12 and 13 the problem is another.
