Michael I rarely have any disagreement whith you but I must state here that the world is and will always remain an analog place. We deal with it by digitising it and accepting the lsb error as a given. No argument that properly applied digital is unbeatable except by those danged analog power supplies, random analog noise, analog esd, the list goes on. :) Terry
