These are technical papers - dunno about the legal status, which would probably depend on local laws anyway! Note also that GSM is increasingly being used in remote control, monitoring, telemetry, security, and many other "non-telephony" roles. So, even if your scheme is technically feasible & legal, You would have to check carefully that you won't mess up any other essential services...! Why don't they just put a "No Mobiles" notice on the door, and make it clear the offenders will be disciplined? |
