To the best of my knowledge, in the US it is illegal to jam *any* licensed signal, no exceptions (and even most unlicensed signals). Of course there are a handful of government agencies which routinely ignore any laws.
Note that the jammer that Andy Neil found is sold by a UK company which will only ship *outside* the UK, and explicitly claims that the buyer assumes all legal risks. |
