#65340 - RE: Why not a different derivative ? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi!
Respected "Raghunathan R"!, I have(/am) tried all optimization which you have specified above. Yes i am working on C compiler but i haven't leave assembly. Infact i am using mixture of both C and assembly code. I have completed the coding of a simple RISC virtual processor in asm, and it took nearly 423 bytes. But i haven't check it yet. Its C version worked correctly. I have also did lot of search on internet and i found out some think similar which is called "BASIC Stamp", a SBC based on PIC MCU with serial EEPROM. I was wondering to make some thing similar but using 8051 derivatve. Does any one know what kind of virtual architecture/instruction it use. I am searching internet and downloaded lot of data about it, but i haven't read it yet. Thankyou! |
