Hi,
yes, I have downloaded its datasheet and found that there are figures called "DS12C887 BUS TIMING FOR INTEL INTERFACE WRITE CYCLE" and "DS12C887 BUS TIMING FOR INTEL INTERFACE READ CYCLE" there. So your problem is /CS signal only: MOT must be tied to GND to select Intel mode; /AS to ALE; DS to /RD; R/W to/WR; /CS may be provided with additional pin as you said. So, returning to your original post: what is your problem? Shematic you have described, is correct one. You need not drive ALE signal. Now i have a problem programming it What is problem, exactly?
