did you ever hear of ASCII?
Do you know what ASCII is used for? If you send a single byte (with value 200) through the serial connection, what will hyperterminal do with it? If you expect hyperterminal to display "200" when you send the value 200, could you then explain to me what value you have to send to get the word "serial" on the screen? regards Patrick |
