i need to desine my own protocol in my project. for that i need to understand how LAN card drivers works in windows enviorement?

i want to send and receive my defined frame(not tcp/ip, my own definrd protocol) to the destination MAC aldredy i know. how to do that? can u show me how to hendle process at this level or where can i find the solution.
