The 8259 may be a good choice. If you wish to attach this to an 8051 style micro you may need a little bit of hardware logic to do the interrupt acknowlege cycle. Your ISR code would have to simulate an interrupt acknowlege once it has got the vector from the 8259.

Other suggestions may be to use a CPLD or FPGA (triscend processor??) or maybe a 80c517 that has a number of counter compare channels that have an interrupt associated with them. If you can give us more information on the source of the interrupts and what you wish to achieve, them we may be able to give more specific responses.
