The ATMEL AT789C51ED2 has 64kB Flash (ISP/IAP) and 2k RAM, the Texas MSC121x-series have 1.2 kB, the uPSDs from ST have up to 32kB internal RAM!
and do not forget the Philips 66x series 1-8k RAM on chip.
