Nope. This is the beginning of generic Windows BSOD.
What is a BSOD and if it is Windows, why is it posted here?

You can easily cut your hand off too, and then you should only blame yourself for that, not makers of the chainsaw
That statement is totally opposite to what you previously posted: "Printf as such is an insecure function(char*,...) which doesn't check whether ... has valid contents"
