Thanks, ... but rats! I don't think that has the right info. The pin numbers you supplied are for the 10-pin header on the uC side:

1 sck serial clock
3 miso master in- slave out
4 vcc target power supply
5 rst target mcu reset
9 mosi master out- slave in
2,10 gnd common ground
6,7,8 nc no connection

I don't think they mean DB-25 pins 1-10.
