Please draw your own conclusions as to whether the ByteBlaster cable of even remotely useful for programming an Atmel AT89S8252. I did additional Google searches with the key Byteblaster AT89S8252 and came up with a small collection of hits but almost every one is to a webpage written in languages I cannot decypher.
