I'm a bit confused by this Winedge chip. The datasheet talks of "In System Flash Memory Programming" but also of "128KB MASK Program ROM".

Oh, closer reading of the datasheet shows that the ISP section is for their flash versions--so it doesn't apply to this chip.

Beware of any chips that are mask ROM unless your production plans include making lots and lots of product.
