Have encountered a simular problem.
It is a timing related problem. Check your driver once more to ensure your wait state is functional. It comes visible in extreme conditions like temperature and/or extreme voltage ranges. Have fun debugging ... PS.: Your hardware LCD-drivers can be broken! |
