#6713 - call a sub program from a large-Rom? |
Hi,all:
I am design a Microcontroller System. I want to run the main program in the ROM onchip, and i want to call some sub-program stored in a large-ROM not onchip. How can i do? The large ROM is a Flash ROM such as AT29F040. I use a AT89c51 with Flash ROM onchip. The main program is burning in the flash ROM on AT89C51. How can i let the MCU to run the sub-program on the AT29F040? the address pin higher than A15 is depend the IO pin of 51. After call the sub-routine,How can i let the MCU return to run the routine in the ROM onchip? Who can help me? I am waiting your suggestion. Thanks! |
