This way, you obtain:
- INT0
- INT1
- T2EX
- CEX0...4
= 8 interrupts` inputs.

and if you need more interrupts or a couple of timers, there is the Cygnal chips with comparator interrupts which work nicely as well. I did not investigate beyond the comparators (which I am using for logical ints) but the Cygnals (I am talking about F12x) has so many interrupts that it would surprise me if the comaparators were the only ones that could be (mis)used for other purposes.
