#67308 - Combined OptoC with DarlingtonPair |
I have to drive some pneumatic valves form the AT89LS8252. I understand how to use an optocoupler going to a Darlington pair (ULN2803). However I have heard that there are some devices that are combined meaning that the optocoupler and the Darlington pair are integrated in one device. Searching on Google I have been able to find some however they can only handle 20-50mA and I will need the device to handle 100-200mA at 24VDC.
Does anybody have a good device they are using that would fit my specs? Thanks for the Time, Richard |
