#67511 - ## Logic and Power Ground of TPIC6B595 #
Hello,
I'm currently work on a project which use P89C51RD2 to control TPIC6B595N. there is no problem with the software programming but some problems occuring while i'm trying to design the PCB. After I've read the TPIC6B595N datasheet and application note(slpa004a.pdf), I found that the problem is seperation of Logic Ground and Power Ground. TPIC6B595N's datasheet shows that pins 10,11 and 19 is connected to GND, while the app note says these pins is PGND. So, it means that all 3 Ground pins is connected to PGND ....where is the Logic Ground pin?? and which pin should i connect the Logic Ground to??
i'm looking for some suggestions or feedbacks, .......
Thank you
Aekkalak
