#67852 - 57600 baud rate |
i'm using a 11.059MHZ crystal
i will work with a 57600 baud rate my code will have SMOD=1 according to the formula with SMOD=1 baud rate= timer 1 overflow rate /16 57600=timer 1 overflow rate/16 timer 1 overflow rate = 921600 and since my crystal has a frequency of 11059200, and the timer is clocked at 11059200/12 = 921600. Then an overflow is required every 11059200/11059200 = 1 clock so, finally the reload value for the timer 1 is -1. -1 is FFFFH. is this FFFFH correct?????? do i need a special cable or a flat cable will do the job? |
