Go to the Keil site and download their free evaluation version.
It contains the full manual set - including the uVision Getting Started guide to which Erik referred.

If you request the free CD, it also has some video demos/tutorials on it.

The uVision Getting Started guide includes a number of fully-worked example projects - you should study them, and work through them yourself.

You should also look at the 'Books' section both here and at the Keil site - get yourself a book to learn 'C'.
