Raghunathan R, thanks for replying. I think I see most of the symptoms you described, but how can I find out where this chattering is happening. As soon as the micro starts oscillating I could put the scope on every pin on the micro and it will be oscillating. If I disconnect the water valve, then every thing is fine, meaning there is no oscillation. What could be the best way to approach this issue?
