#68376 - Cypress Host USB Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I just talked to the developers of "my special" and heard more about that it is to become "a universal reference design" for the Cypress USB host chip (not a '51 derivative, but I trust you will interface to one).
This will be a full-fledged USB host working in ways similar to what Cygnal offers for a USB slave i.e. you talk to it by some means, it talks to the USB bus. If anyone has a COMMERCIAL interest in including this in a project, contact me with your wishes and I'll forward them. Hobbyists and one off makers must take what will become available as is. Erik |
