I need to build a burner for me to use so i can check my code as soon as possible?
I made a search through the net i've found some circuits like this

The problem that i didn't know how can i check a circuit like this then to check the hex file.
I need your experience in this topic to have a burner without wrong hex files or wrong circuit connections...etc
