#6876 - RE: High level interrupt |
Peter, Hans and the rest of the gang,
I really have a large software/harware project to complete and replying to these post may be fun but takes time from my sked. Just a couple of comments and then I'm off to work. Peter your reply was not believable, mostly not readable and I won't try it. But if that works for you, so be it. Hans, we are close. Use the KISS principal like I did. Going from a main routine (no other pending interrupts), except the ONE high level interrupt, therefore, only ONE RETI is necessary, NOT TWO. If I had multiple interrupts I would use the vast bit memory in 8502's to flag pending info on what routines are interrupt pending, to unwind from or go to. I'm spending too much time on this one subject. We all know what works for ourselves. I was just trying to give a simple KISS answer, I did not mean for this to be a challange to our software expertise. For those trying to help, try using answers that end in YES, never say No eight times. It's not nice, especially when you know not what you said. You then sound just like big AL and his pinochle nose. I'll try to stay out of this thread so I can get more time on my project. It's been fun. C YA. Post |
