For the programmer I use a 11.059.200 cristal.
And in my application I use a 20Mhz cristal.
In the errata both ( PSEN and Vpp) need a RC network.

Once I program the 89C51RD2 in 6 mode it run correctly in my application. The problem is that I cannot get in ISP again.
May be that I have to double the baud rate in Flash Magic?

BTW do you know where is the information to program in parallel this part?
