1)For the programmer I use a 11.059.200 cristal.
And in my application I use a 20Mhz cristal.

2)In the errata both ( PSEN and Vpp) need a RC network.

3)Once I program the 89C51RD2 in 6 mode it run correctly in my application. The problem is that I cannot get in ISP again.
4)May be that I have to double the baud rate in Flash Magic?

5)BTW do you know where is the information to program in parallel this part?

5) You need to buy a programmer. If all you need is to 'rescue' a few chips with the reset vector or status byte blown, your local, friendly Philips FAE will help you I'm sure.
