Hi John,
It may be a silly question from me, but did you debounce the input signal. I worked on a similar project myself and had a lot of trouble debouncing the encoder correctly. Do you need this uncoder to set a digitally controlled power supply? In my project I implemented a proportional control. The faster you turn the encoder the bigger the steps are. Turning slowly will make little steps. regards, San. |
