I think too many Power_ON resets are bad for the controller. What I mean is, the Reset that happens when you Power up an MCU. Contrary to this, any number of hard resets with the power PERMANENTLY on, should not damage the MCU.

And now that Erik has also confirmed it with a mono syllable,( without any conditions to it ) it MUST be true.
