Hi Steve,

Think again about 1 motor - just apply the force where necessary - I would guess about 20% up from the bottom edge of the doors. You could also use a toothed belt - no stretch there! & I think you can buy it by the meter.

So you know about the First Law? (& the other 2 - posted on the wall near my desk at work!).
