#70428 - RE: supervisory IC Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Mak,
The IMP1232 is available for around Rs.23/= here in Bangalore, I have been using these for years without any problem, but if you are trying to use the new microcontrollers with ISP such as the P89C51RD2 from Philips, then the external Watch Dog Timer becomes a problem, I am now trying to use the MCP810 which is available only in Mumbai (Silicon Aids) for around Rs.22/= this is without the watch dog and in a very attractive package SOT23, but I dont know the perfomance of this chip. Regards, John. |
