The second link in the GOOGLE list in my posting is to the Batronix WEB site. From there it is possible to download ver. 5.29 of the code. Even before I ever posted the two GOOGLE links I looked things over. The Batronix 5.29 download works to my computer for free. There is no fee to get that software. I actually even installed it and it works!! All I can see is that it may have limited utility unless you actually have a Batronix device programmer.

With this information in hand it seems a bit premature to declare piracy. For sure the companion uC51 compiler would not be a free download but its price is only about $100 so it may be a good deal for some programmers.
