That depends on what you mean by "car-computer" - please be more specific.


So you've chosen a final project that you're not even sure is feasible - I trust you're not comitted yet...?

Please bear in mind that the object of your final project is for you to demonstrate what you have learned during your course by completing it yourself.
We will be happy to help if you have specific problems, but the project must be substantially your own work.

The first phase of your project should be a Literature Survey - a review of the "State-of-the-Art" in car-computers: go to the Library, use Internet Search Engines, etc, etc.

Then you need to decide exactly what it is that you want your particular car-computer to do: write out the key requirements & specifications; preferably, you should have some "Unique Selling Point(s)" that distinguish your car-computer from all the other, run-of-the-mill car-computers out there.

Only then are you in a position to determine what processor is appropriate to the task!
