I am totally confused after reading the AN461_9 and notouch.doc

I could not make out what should I Implement ISP / IAP for making a evaluation board using the bootROM of RD2 to enable fast loading and development of 8051 sw by loading hex files using max232

I generally use atmel 89c52 /51 /2051 they are cheap for small non-critical installations.

Is there a website/article having such an implementation.
