Well here is the circuit: -




The battery I am using is some Local make & it says

Sealed Lead-Acid Battery Rechargeable

Stand by use 6.85V initial current max. 1.6Amp
Cyclic use 7.50V initial Current max. 1.6Amp.

AX610 6V/10Ah

I am connecting 0.1uF/63V CTR capacitor accross the I/P & Gnd, we have shorted 1&4 together
Pin1 is Vin & Pin2 is Vds of the LDO
