Hi Ravi,
You can use L293 or L293D Push Pull Drivers to drive your 13V DC motor. These drivers are capable of delivering 600mA current and can be used upto 36V. Each IC has 4 Push Pull output pins & you need 2 pins to drive a motor thus you can drive upto 2 DC motors using one IC. Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
