Hello Mr. Karas,
You guessed it right, Actually I had to use a PNP transistor instead of a NPN. My mistake. I wanted to power up the LCD through Reset pin to save a pin on microcontroller. But now I guess I will have to use a port pin for powering up the LCD. With the necessary circuits in place. Thanks again. Regards Raj Shetgar |
