Indeed it's worth watching, but not for the reasons you would first think.
BPL (broadband over power lines) is controversial among hams and other communicators using the 1-30 MHz spectrum. Each of these devices in a given area raises the 'noise floor' of the entire band by several db, and makes reception of weak transmissions all but impossible. |
