at first: thx for your answers.


The microcontroller ist already in a circuit board. (With simulate I don't mean to simulate the project. I only want to write the movx-command on my own)
And I have a connecter on this board - and at this connector is Port2 and Port0. Ok, now I know that I made a big design mistake. (I'm a beginner in µC-projects)

I don't need 16-bit-Address-lines, because I don't want to read from a SRAM or whatever but from a Compactflash.

Port0 is for Data and Port2 for Control-lines (like RD, and special pins from the compactflash-card)

But now I can't do anything, because I'm not at home. But in a few days I'm going to test your ideas and report here what happens....
