You seem to have a good comprehension of the hardware limitations. I would suggest that, for the moment at least, you simply accept the limitation that ISP is not an option. Then your customers data is secure, and this sounds like the paramount concern. As for the API calls, there aren't that many of them and they aren't that complicated. I would bet that you could easily learn them by "playing" with them for an evening or two. Then you can upgrade your code to incorporate secure ISP at a later time. Even if you only get paid for the initial delivery, make the upgrade a "freebie" and build all kinds of goodwill with your customer. It'll pay off in time. |
