#73636 - Philips 80c552 |
Hi,
Ive ordered a few philips 80c552's along with memory and a maxim max232 serial chip and a few other parts. But i have discovered a servere lack of documentation for the chip by Philips. This is a problem for me because i have to have some kind of single-board system with a serial bootloader written in C for my science fair in about two weeks. Some people on the forum have said that the 80c552 is not completely compatable with any other '52s. Mainly initializing ports and status registers is troubling me. There is no documentation on these issues at all. Has anyone else used the 80c552??! |
