#74417 - Is the at89c4051 perom expandable? |

The AT89C4051 comes with 4kb of flash rom. I know that there are other mcu`s from the atmel *51 family tree, that have a larger memory, but I`m curious if the at89c4051 perom is expandable? What`s about the programmer and software. I`m using gnu blowit. Do I have to adapt the programmer software the a larger flash rom? Greetings |
